IndSig's engineering personnel have many years of relevant experience in creative technological  problem solving. We offer an array of electronic hardware packaging. Our customers may choose from hardware our staff has developed, from existing hardware designed by other manufacturers, or from adaptations of existing hardware. We work with each customer to ensure they are equipped with the  most effective product solutions. If none of the existing hardware can be adapted to your particular situation, our skilled engineering staff will readily work to  develop a unique solution for you. Our team's ability to help you troubleshoot problems and offer tailored electronic warning systems solutions is a specialty that few, if any, other full service alerting and monitoring firms can offer.

David Perlmutter, P.E.

President

David Perlmutter leads all aspects of the company as President. He has comprehensive experience in product design and development and has been consulting in the private sector for more than 20 years in the fields of consumer goods, defense projects, telecommunications, satellites, and medical instrumentation. His expertise and skills have been demonstrated in new products in the consumer market where high volume is coupled with low per-unit costs. David holds a masters degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Edward Morthimer

Vice President, Technology

As Vice President of Technology, Ed drives the leadership and strategic direction for the Industrial Signal technology team. He develops and maintains technical skills and efficiencies, participates in business development opportunities, and contributes to overall strategic development. A graduate of the Virginia Tech Engineering program, Ed has more than 20 years of a full spectrum engineering background in design, development, implementation and technical operations of large scale systems.

Robert Jones

Vice President, Operations

Robert Jones is responsible for all strategic planning and execution of initiatives to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company’s operations. Robert ensures that standards, systems, and processes are maintained and supported. He also oversees account management of all sites and client accounts. Robert has more than 20 years of experience directing engineering product development and company operations in the commercial wireless communications sector.
